As a Business Analyst at the company, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives within the Everyday Banking tribe, utilizing your business analysis, product support, and testing expertise to ensure high-quality customer experiences through seamless implementation and strong cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities: - Business Analysis: - Conduct end-to-end business initiative analysis, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation. - Perform detailed impact assessments and define user stories and acceptance criteria. - Analyze business and customer data to extract insights for informed decision-making. - Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and aligning the roadmap with business objectives. - Collaborate with designers, architects, and developers to develop feasible and value-driven solutions. - Business & Platform Support: - Support stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-release phases. - Monitor platform performance, report issues, and work with IT teams for resolution. - Document operational processes and create user manuals, FAQs, and training materials. - Tackle production support queries to ensure ongoing business continuity. - Testing & Quality Assurance: - Prepare and execute various test cases (functional, integration, regression). - Log and track bugs while collaborating with QA and development teams. - Validate production deployments for optimal go-live experiences. - Perform data validations and aid in automation testing efforts when applicable.
Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 4–7 years of experience in a similar role in digital or banking environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in writing test cases and tracking defects. - Familiarity with digital banking platforms and industry best practices. - Understanding of APIs, process mapping, and customer journey design.
