Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IT Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to document business process requirements and flows for development and improvement projects.
- Create detailed business requirement documentation using Scaled Agile Methodology.
- Engage with business leads to create scope statements and high-level requirements for project intake processes.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams to document system integration requirements.
- Analyze current work procedures and recommend solutions in compliance with regulatory standards and enterprise architecture.
- Develop user acceptance test cases and execute user acceptance testing while monitoring defects and coordinating with the QA team.
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the UAE insurance market and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in producing project proposals or business cases and in business process re-engineering.
- Proven experience in user acceptance testing documentation and leadership.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Project, Visio) and platforms like Jira and Azure Dev Ops.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and certifications such as Six Sigma could be advantageous.
