Responsibilities:

Agile & Delivery:
- Solid understanding of Agile framework and events
- Ability to interpret Agile reports (Burndown / Burnup) for tracking progress

Product & Role Understanding:
- Clear understanding of Product Management structure including differences between Product Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst
- Experience or awareness of working within cross-functional teams

Prioritization & Requirement Handling:
- Ability to prioritize backlog based on value, urgency, and dependencies
- Make decisions on accepting/rejecting requirements
- Understanding of balancing product roadmap vs operational needs

Analytical Thinking:
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements

AI Awareness (Preferred):
- Basic awareness of AI concepts such as Computer Vision, LLM, NLP, VLM
- Ability to relate AI capabilities to business or operational use cases

Communication & Ownership:
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and drive discussions with stakeholders
