We strive to leverage scalable tech solutions to accelerate our execution and expand our programs globally.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- 3+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots) and data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Experience in defining requirements and utilizing data metrics for business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience collaborating with executive-level leaders to address business challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AWS services.
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data analysis and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.
- Self-driven, with a proven ability to manage ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
