Business Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Business Analyst in the PT Digital & Operational Excellence (PTE) organization, you will act as a critical link between complex business challenges and technical data solutions. Your responsibilities will include eliciting, analyzing, and translating intricate business rules into clear functional and non-functional requirements to support the company's vision of advancing healthcare.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation and documentation of business processes, workflows, and mapping rules.
• Translate complex business logic into technical requirements and identify necessary adjustments to the Data Warehouse (DWH) schema.
• Assist in integrating new datasets into existing architectures.
• Ensure solutions meet rigorous data integrity, security, and validation standards.
• Drive feature development and support business-led data cleansing initiatives.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and evaluate business impact.
• Design test layouts and execute testing; define Data Quality KPIs.
• Contribute to standardization initiatives to ensure scalability.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Pharma Technical Operations, with a strong background in project work within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and quality systems.
• Basic proficiency in UMP or BPMN, SQL, fundamental Python, and tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Experience with business-facing systems like SAC, SAP GUI, ELN, LIMS, MES, and LES is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, including tools like Jira and HP ALM.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) to manage a global stakeholder landscape.
