Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation and documentation of business processes, workflows, and mapping rules.
- Translate complex business logic into technical requirements and identify necessary adjustments to the Data Warehouse (DWH) schema.
- Assist in integrating new datasets into existing architectures.
- Ensure solutions meet rigorous data integrity, security, and validation standards.
- Drive feature development and support business-led data cleansing initiatives.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and evaluate business impact.
- Design test layouts and execute testing; define Data Quality KPIs.
- Contribute to standardization initiatives to ensure scalability.
Who You Are:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in Pharma Technical Operations, with a strong background in project work within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and quality systems.
- Basic proficiency in UMP or BPMN, SQL, fundamental Python, and tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with business-facing systems like SAC, SAP GUI, ELN, LIMS, MES, and LES is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, including tools like Jira and HP ALM.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) to manage a global stakeholder landscape.
