The PT Digital & Operational Excellence (PTE) organization collaborates across global business functions to establish and implement a comprehensive Digital/Technology strategy, aiming to enhance the delivery and scalability of key data and digital solutions supporting the company’s vision.

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between intricate business challenges and technical data solutions. Your responsibilities will include eliciting, analyzing, and translating complex business rules into clear functional and non-functional requirements that guide data engineering. You will design and maintain conceptual and logical data models to ensure alignment with both business needs and global governance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and documenting business processes, workflows, and mapping rules.
  • Translating complex business logic into technical requirements and identifying necessary adjustments to the Data Warehouse schema.
  • Assisting in the integration of new datasets into existing architectures.
  • Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Driving feature development and supporting business-led data cleansing initiatives.
  • Conducting root-cause analysis for incidents and managing problem-solving activities.
  • Designing test layouts and executing testing, while defining Data Quality KPIs.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Pharma Technical Operations with a record of project work in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and quality systems.

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in UMP or BPMN for requirement gathering.
  • Knowledge of SQL and fundamental Python for data extraction and visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Experience with business-facing systems like SAC, SAP GUI, ELN, LIMS, MES, LES is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
  • Familiarity with test automation processes and a quality mindset.

Working Conditions:

  • This position is full-time and requires on-site presence.
