Business Analyst (Murex Front Office)

Synechron is seeking a Business Analyst (Murex Front Office) with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree or qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a banking or IT company. The role necessitates strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, an understanding of financial markets, and expertise in Global Markets products, particularly in areas such as pricing, limit checks, booking, and risk management.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Murex Front Office Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience in setting up and validating interest rate curves including for Alternative Reference Rates (ARRs).
• Expertise in multiple asset classes, such as IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, equity derivatives, commodity derivatives, and structured derivatives.
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back capital markets products and processes.
• Experience with Murex FO modules including E-Tradepad, Simulation, Livebook, and P&L Notepad.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication.

Language Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
