About the Job:
The Business Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes, systems, and workflows.
- Creating business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
- Developing, owning, and managing product roadmaps for multiple products, ensuring alignment with release goals and feature prioritization based on customer value.
- Conducting research to identify strengths and weaknesses of existing products, as well as market and competitor-related opportunities and threats.
- Supporting marketing and sales by defining product launch timelines and participating in product promotion planning.
- Defining and managing budgets for the products being developed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management and Engineering.
- Knowledge of SaaS and on-premise software deployment architectures and their impact on customer experience.
- Proven track record in launching successful products/solutions in Agile and startup environments.
- Experience in developing product strategies with effective communication and advisory to customers.
- Strong engineering experience necessary for guiding fundamental technology decisions.
