Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at the company, your role is to drive end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives within the Everyday Banking tribe by combining business analysis, product support, and testing expertise. The role ensures seamless implementation, high-quality customer experience, and strong coordination across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for assigned propositions and journeys, ensuring the product experience is aligned with best practices in mobile UX and banking controls.
• Partner with development teams to deliver high-quality product increments; participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Own end-to-end business analysis for assigned initiatives, from requirement gathering to documentation and validation, ensuring alignment with business, financial, and operational logic.
• Collaborate closely with designers, architects, and developers to ensure feasible and value-driven solutions; work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences.
• Support business stakeholders during UAT and post-release phases; monitor platform performance and report production issues in coordination with IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role across digital or banking environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery
• Proficiency in test scenario identification/writing and defect tracking
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and industry best practices
