Business Analyst Online and Corporate Banking

About the Job:
The Business Analyst will be involved in various key activities, including but not limited to:

• Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Gathering Business Requirements & creating Functional Specifications
• Conducting Business Process Mapping & Gap Analysis
• Defining User Stories
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Understanding Digital Banking, SME & Corporate Banking
• Managing Payments & Banking Channels
• Participating in Regulatory & Compliance Projects (CPF)
• Working within Agile / Scrum Methodologies
• Reviewing Test Scenarios, Defect Tracking & providing Go-Live Support
