Business Analyst - Online Corporate Banking

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Online Corporate Banking team. The ideal candidate will possess 10-15 years of relevant work experience and will focus on the following key responsibilities:

• Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Business Requirements Gathering & Functional Specifications
• Business Process Mapping & Gap Analysis
• User Story Definition
• Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Expertise in Digital Banking, SME & Corporate Banking
• Understanding of Payments & Banking Channels
• Involvement in Regulatory & Compliance Projects (CPF)
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum Methodologies
• Test Scenario Review, Defect Tracking & Go-Live Support
