The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8+ years of experience in handling Open Account Trade products, including receivables finance, payable finance, factoring, invoice, and cheque discounting, as well as experience in operations, business analysis, client support, and IT.

Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding business objectives and strategic plans, and aligning them with the organization’s goals to identify resolutions.
- Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes.
- Acting as a domain expert in Open Account Trade products and processes across both Conventional and Islamic Finance.
- Identifying, defining, and documenting business needs, current operational procedures, and input/output requirements after consultations with functional unit management.
- Analyzing the practicability, identifying gaps, and developing requirements for new systems and upgrades.
- Ensuring system design is aligned with user and business needs.
- Creating test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
- Participating in user acceptance testing and functionality testing of new systems.
- Developing training curriculum and conducting formal training sessions.
- Acting as a team lead on designated projects and providing work direction to technical or clerical staff.
- Managing stakeholders across functions and guiding business on value-added changes.
Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master or agile coach with experience in agile practices (preferred).
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing SIT and UAT test cases, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional scenarios.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Jira or equivalent, and Confluence.
- Prior exposure to Oracle suite and IMX (Codix) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to identify prioritized backlog items and user stories.
