Your key responsibilities include preparing and presenting Quarterly OKRs and Monthly performance reports for the Cars division, enhancing business intelligence for the company's assisted listings and auction platform, producing market-facing materials, executing analytical projects to optimize processes, and leading reporting efficiency and automation efforts in partnership with the BI Team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in business/commercial/data analysis-focused roles, especially in developing and delivering complex projects.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft productivity tools, SQL, and Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, R, and Python is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, organizational negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to continuous improvement in both personal and business contexts.
