Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data, including workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards for HR leaders to support decision-making. Monitor and evaluate key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and hiring efficiency.

  • Process Improvement & System Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements. Work with HR and IT teams to enhance HR systems (HRIS, payroll, performance management tools) and assist in the implementation and integration of new HR technologies.

  • Business Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and document HR business requirements for system enhancements and process changes. Translate business needs into technical requirements and act as a liaison between HR, IT, and other business units to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel), excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.

  • Experience: Minimum of three to five (3-5) years’ experience, or equivalent, in business analysis, HR analytics, or HRIS-related roles.
