Business Analyst – Planning and Support (UAE Nationals only)

About the Job: The Sales Support Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for leading the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives aimed at increasing market share/penetration and maximizing growth opportunities throughout the marketplace. The Sales Support Senior Analyst will provide product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-selling and assist in closing deals across all products. Additional responsibilities include overseeing underwriting/credit practices and ensuring sound lending activity.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assume mentorship roles within teams, coach and train new recruits, and counsel others in areas of specialization.
• Provide sales assistance by designing and implementing process improvements.
• Support new products, promotions, and projects as defined by the business.
• Review and provide training material to sales and operations teams.
• Assist sales management teams with administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations within the sales team.
• Assess risks in business decisions, safeguarding the company's reputation and assets while driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Required Licensing: Series 7.
• Knowledge of related industry practices and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
