Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Business Analyst to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions across customer experience and enterprise domains. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, program management, and technical understanding of AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a comprehensive AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives, PMO priorities, and regulatory requirements.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and PRD development to QA, UAT, release, and post-launch performance tracking.
• Establish and manage feature release cycles using KPIs, user engagement metrics, and system performance indicators.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple squads, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and ensuring traceability to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AI/ML product management or program management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience working with data science, computer vision, and conversational AI solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
