Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated dashboards that will support business needs.
Provide data support for program manager projects and ad-hoc requests.
Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders.
Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases.

Requirements

Ability to understand business requirements and get to the root cause of reporting/data issues.
High attention to detail and a bias for action.
Interest in analytics, business intelligence, and automation.
Ability to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders.
