Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our DSP Capacity Planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated dashboards that will support business needs.
• Provide data support for program manager projects and ad-hoc requests.
• Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases.

Requirements

• Ability to understand business requirements and get to the root cause of reporting/data issues.
• High attention to detail and a bias for action.
• Interest in analytics, business intelligence, and automation.
• Ability to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders.
