Business Analyst - Process Optimization

The Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive automation and AI initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough analyses of current solutions and designing new solutions aligned with the connected shipyard ambition, working with cross-functional teams to define, document, and optimize business processes and workflows for existing and new digital solutions, ensuring integration of new smart solutions and automation initiatives with existing systems and platforms, conducting system testing, resolving issues or bugs, and ensuring the highest quality for new digital solutions, providing training and user support on digital tools and best practices to facilitate effective adoption, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and developing reports and dashboards to monitor performance, participating in project meetings and contributing to the success of the Production Optimization project, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to projects and assignments, and tracking benefits and contributions from application and process changes across the organization.

Qualifications/Experience & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in a large organization, with a strong knowledge of Process Optimization, Software Development, and AI applications.
• Additional Training: Advanced knowledge in various business domains, with certification in AI platforms as an advantage.
• Familiarity with IT projects in the Manufacturing, Ship Repair, Oil, Gas & Energy sectors.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and proposing process improvements.
• Experience with enterprise digital platforms and systems in the marine industry is preferred.
