Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and automation.
- Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to document current workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements for AI solutions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories for AI solutions.
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups for AI-driven applications or dashboards.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and AI model outputs.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate AI solution benefits, limitations, and risks in clear business terms.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth AI adoption.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI/ML projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to translate them into business value.
- Proven experience in documenting requirements, BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- UAE work experience is preferred.
Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Contract (6 months, extendable to long-term)
Language Requirements: Excellent communication in English.
