Business Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating business needs into clear functional specifications. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in preparing business documentation, developing user stories and acceptance criteria, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze and model business processes (As-Is / To-Be) and identify improvements.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation (BRD, FRD, process flows).
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in business process modeling (BPMN).
• Excellent skills in user stories, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is a plus.
