Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Effectively manage change requests, identifying impact and scope.
• Monitor and report on the progress of requirements.
• Organize elaboration sessions with business stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to other business analysts.
• Work with project managers in preparing project plans and product roadmaps.
• Possess skills in data analysis.
• Document change requests and process flow diagrams.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies.
