We are currently seeking a small number of Business Analysts to join our team based in Dubai. This role includes an onboarding program that will enable you to develop core consulting skills and a deep understanding of the sports sector.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting market research, benchmarking, and data analysis across venues, events, leagues, and federations, synthesizing findings into clear insights.
- Building and maintaining Excel-based financial and commercial models (e.g., venue feasibility, revenue forecasts, business cases).
- Drafting sections of client reports and presentations in PowerPoint to a high standard.
- Contributing to team problem-solving and the development of recommendations.
- Preparing and running stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client meetings.
- Building productive day-to-day relationships with client team members.
- Supporting project planning and workstream management.
- Assisting with business development efforts (proposals, credentials, market scans) and internal firm-building initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- An excellent academic record.
- Previous consulting experience (highly beneficial).
- Strong numerical skills and conceptual problem-solving ability.
- A clear passion for sports and physical activity.
- A proactive self-starter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
- A genuine interest in sport, demonstrated through study, work, playing, coaching, or volunteering.
- Willingness to work on a global basis.
