Business Analyst - Salesforce Project

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience, including at least 5+ years in Salesforce projects, to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce Properties module (including Real Estate, Asset Management, or Property Leasing workflows).

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote, 6 months renewable contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to the Properties module and related workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Salesforce Property module functionality.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment.
