Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience, including at least 5+ years in Salesforce projects, to join our team. Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote, 6 months renewable contract

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical team.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to the Properties module and related workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Salesforce Property module functionality.
Support configuration, testing, and deployment.
