Position

The company is seeking a talented Business Analyst specialized in Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud to join our Customer Technology Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in driving high-impact initiatives across our customer experience platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of workstreams, ensuring clear scoping, governance, and predictable execution across multiple brands and markets. Collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and partners is key to ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the customer platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering and functional design for initiatives across Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, process flows, user stories, data flow mappings, and phased delivery plans.
  • Partner with data and solution architects to ensure that designs and integration patterns meet business objectives.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation and user stories using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Own backlog structure, prioritization, and sprint readiness in line with planning cycles.
  • Act as the primary delivery driver for defined workstreams, collaborating with various internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance principles and improve platform reliability and delivery efficiency.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Senior BA, or Functional Consultant in CRM, Service, Data, or Digital platform programs.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Solid understanding of data flows, integrations, customer data concepts, and UAT execution.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
