Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to define solution requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Support solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Additional Preferences:
- Local candidates with transferable Iqama are preferred.
