We are looking for a growth-oriented Business Analyst to join the team at Presight AI. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units, identifying substandard systems processes through real-time data evaluation.
- Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes, creating systems prototypes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement management plans for projects, ensuring transparent communication at all levels.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Determine and develop user requirements for operational systems to maximize usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Continuously evaluate and analyze systems requirements while maintaining process documentation, including delivering monthly status reports.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, initiating and delivering requirements accordingly.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to enhance effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, providing responses to questions and concerns with supporting research and recommendations.
