Business Analyst | Strategy & Transformation

FTI Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Strategy & Transformation team beginning in September 2026. In this role, you will immerse yourself in complex business environments, contributing to high-impact recommendations that drive client success. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesizing findings into clear presentations and reports, and actively participating in client and internal meetings.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Work Conditions: Full-time, with the ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the program.

Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's degree or completing a master's program with a graduation date before June 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• An interest in strategy consulting across various industries.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected, as the role may involve international communication.
