This role requires an individual with excellent SQL proficiency and query development skills, strong business acumen, and an ability to work collaboratively with business, program, and product teams. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. In this position, you will be tasked with communicating complex analyses and insights effectively to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing. The role encourages the development of original ideas, approaches, and solutions amid a competitive and evolving business climate.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms
- Utilize MS Excel at a highly proficient level
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, compiling it into digestible and actionable formats
- Analyze and address business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Design new metrics and enhance existing ones to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability
- Understand tools and processes while driving seller adoption
- Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- Knowledge of data mining using SQL
- Bachelor's degree
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
- Experience working directly with business teams to utilize metrics and analysis for identifying improvement opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a Supply Chain/Operations function
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to own and follow through on issues
