Business Analyst

At the company, we are working to be the most customer-centric company on earth, focusing on fulfilling and delivering customer orders. The goal of the Logistic team is to exceed customer expectations by ensuring that orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our DSP Capacity Planning initiatives. This role involves building simple reports, addressing deep-dive requests, making changes to existing analytical frameworks, providing ad-hoc data support to Operations stakeholders, and carrying out data-related assignments following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated dashboards that will support business needs.
• Provide data support for program manager projects and ad-hoc requests.
• Continually improve ongoing reporting and processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for stakeholders.
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and partner BIE teams to acquire new data from production systems or between databases.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify the root cause of reporting/BI/data issues.
• Experience in drafting solutions for resolution.
• Interest in analytics, business intelligence, and automation.
• Ability to interface with a diverse set of stakeholders.
