About the Role You will play a key role in supporting the execution of Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives that align with the Group's strategic and financial objectives. This position entails analyzing Trade Finance revenue performance and conducting various market analyses to pinpoint growth opportunities. You will work collaboratively with Corporate Banking Coverage Teams, Relationship Managers, Product Managers, and Transaction Banking teams to gather insights and promote growth strategies. Your responsibilities will also include the preparation of business cases, financial models, and performance dashboards to drive decision-making processes effectively. Responsibilities - Support execution of Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives aligned with Group strategic and financial objectives. - Analyze Trade Finance revenue performance, wallet share penetration, client profitability, and utilization trends to identify growth opportunities. - Conduct market, client, industry, and trade corridor analysis to support business growth strategies. - Prepare business cases, financial models, revenue forecasts, and opportunity assessments for Trade Finance growth initiatives. - Identify and assess new Trade Finance opportunities including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Distributor Finance, and Structured Trade solutions. - Develop management dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and performance reports for Trade Revenue Expansion programs. - Monitor revenue growth initiatives and provide analytical insights for decision-making. - Support pricing analysis and revenue optimization across Trade Finance products. - Evaluate client wallet share opportunities and identify cross-sell and upsell potential. - Perform data-driven analysis supporting strategic business planning and revenue enhancement initiatives. - Analyze customer needs, trade flows, transaction patterns, and industry trends to support solution development. - Support client acquisition and trade mandate initiatives through research, analysis, and business insights. - Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and Trade Finance requirements. - Assist in designing and enhancing client journeys, onboarding processes, and digital trade experiences. - Evaluate client feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption. - Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions. - Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide timely and accurate management information to Business, Audit, Compliance, and Risk functions. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Trade Revenue Expansion initiatives. - Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and process reviews across Trade Finance products and services. - Document business processes, user journeys, workflows, functional requirements, and operating models. - Support Trade Finance product enhancement, digitization, and transformation projects. - Collaborate with Technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements. - Support implementation activities including UAT, process validation, and solution deployment. - Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, turnaround times, and client service levels. - Ensure business initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, sanctions frameworks, and risk standards. - Monitor industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends within Trade Finance and Global Transaction Banking. - Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including AML & CTF, Sanctions, Data Protection, Fraud Control, Whistle Blowing, Conflict of Interest, and Insider Dealing policies. - Operate under the Three Lines of Defence principle to identify, measure, monitor, manage, and report risks. - Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk Policy. - Support RCSA, KRI, incident reporting, remediation, and Operational Risk Management requirements. - Maintain appropriate knowledge and competence, complete mandatory training, and attend required internal and external seminars. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related discipline. - Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous. - Minimum 7–10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in Business Analysis, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, Global Transaction Banking, or related functions. - Experience with Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Structured Trade. - Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and transformation initiatives. - Experience supporting revenue growth programs, product commercialization, or business development initiatives is preferred. - Experience in trade digitization, process automation, or technology implementation projects is preferred. - Strong understanding of Trade Finance operating models and transaction banking processes. - Strong business analysis and requirements management skills. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills. - Experience in process mapping and business process re-engineering. - Good understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products. - Knowledge of international trade flows, trade corridors, and transaction banking solutions. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, and financial analyses. - Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management. - Excellent report writing, presentation, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
