We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of key finance and treasury initiatives. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of new investment products and treasury system enhancements while shaping the future of finance within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and integration of new business initiatives into the treasury ecosystem.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements for engineers.
- Document end-to-end delivery processes of new applications/features into playbooks for repeatability and scalability.
- Build solid relationships with product teams.
- Perform gap analysis to identify root causes and escalate issues and risks.
- Liaise with stakeholders and team members across various locations and time zones.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working with financial instruments, trading platforms, and settlement systems.
- A solid understanding of all stages of the change program lifecycle, from initiation and design to post-implementation.
- Detailed knowledge of banking IT systems, including trade/transaction processing workflows.
- Proficiency in understanding data models, data mapping, and using SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Excellent Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and testing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial systems interaction, including API usage and ETL processes.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Relevant certifications, such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or financial risk manager.
