As part of our EMEA BA & Product Management Practice, your role will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including senior management and domain experts, to gather requirements, assess needs, and ensure successful project delivery. We welcome both experienced hires as well as highly motivated recent graduates looking to thrive in a tech-focused organization that prioritizes professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop solutions that address business needs.
- Support the development of functional specifications and user stories.
- Maintain and update documentation related to business processes and system configurations.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with issue resolution.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management detailing analysis findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- UAE National with family book.
- 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- End-to-end delivery experience of at least 1 software delivery project (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is expected.
