About the Role
Join an innovative and high-impact team focused on transforming the grocery shopping experience for customers through the company initiative. This role is part of the company's quick commerce team, tackling complex challenges that directly enhance product availability and the overall customer experience. Your work will involve extensive data analysis — building solutions, identifying patterns, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across product management, program management, instock, and fulfillment teams to streamline processes and improve operational outcomes.

In this role, you will independently lead initiatives from diagnosis to implementation. This includes working with internal tools and datasets to develop scalable solutions and support various process improvement projects. It’s essential to bring both analytical rigor and a proactive approach to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key metrics related to customer engagement, supply chain, and inventory across the network.
• Conduct data analytics to uncover insights, identify trends, and support decision-making within the team.
• Enhance metrics visibility for internal stakeholders, ensuring timely access to relevant data.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and engage in cross-functional working groups.
• Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment, and planning teams to boost operational performance.
• Take ownership of operational challenges, analyzing data comprehensively to implement corrective actions.
• Manage store-level pricing and promotions through internal tools.
• Occasional weekend coverage may be required, but the role will not exceed a 5-day work week.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in writing complex Excel VBA macros
• Familiarity with ETL processes
