This role requires excellent proficiency in SQL and query development, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, program, and product teams. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, possess strong attention to detail, and be motivated by a desire to innovate in this space. You should have superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, taking autonomous control and responsibility to meet the role's objectives. Key Job Responsibilities
- Data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms
- Highly proficient with MS Excel
- Enabling effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Designing new metrics and enhancing existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability
- Understanding tools and processes and driving seller adoption
- Communicating complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or BS degree
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau), or experience in solving complex business challenges through accurate and timely financial models, analyses, and recommendations that have had a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
