About the Role
The company Supply Chain team is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Business Analyst to manage capacity operations for the AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey) region. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about tackling challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. This role demands a strong understanding of both Engineering and Business, with a fervent passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a solid proficiency in SQL and query development, demonstrating good business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, program, and product teams. As a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, the individual should exhibit a keen attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. The desire to innovate is a key driver for this role.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency with MS Excel
  • Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Analyze and solve business problems, focusing on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
  • Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability
  • Understand tools and processes and drive seller adoption
  • Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or BS degree
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
  • Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with proven impacts on business such as financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits.
