The company Supply Chain team is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Business Analyst to manage capacity operations for the AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey) region. Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis by writing ETL queries in SQL/Datanet platforms
- Maintain a high level of proficiency with MS Excel
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
- Analyze and solve business problems, focusing on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability
- Understand tools and processes and drive seller adoption
- Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or BS degree
- Knowledge of SQL/ETL
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with proven impacts on business such as financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits.
