Business Analyst - UAE Nationals, CX Product

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our business in analyzing problems, driving solutions, and documenting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business requirements and can quickly identify the root cause of reporting, BI, or data issues while drafting suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new resources.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders (internal and external) to understand and enhance existing processes through automation.
• Generate innovative ideas for new initiatives or improvements to current work.
• Be open to learning and developing skills in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.
• Understand how data and analytical frameworks translate to business operations on the ground.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; BE preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
• Exposure to Excel and SQL.
• Deadline-driven team player with a strong customer focus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and QuickSight.
• Experience in data mining, ETL, and using databases with large-scale, complex datasets.

Work Conditions: This is a full-time position.

Language Requirements: Strong English communication skills are essential.
