Business Analyst (UAE Nationals Only)

About the Job: The company Services is one of the company’s five global interconnected businesses, providing global solutions that help corporations, financial institutions, public sector, and commercial clients optimize operations and drive their business forward. The Services Middle East & Africa (MEA) Business Execution team supports the Services Business in MEA with planning and monitoring activities related to strategy, financial performance, talent management, client experience, and more.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, Hybrid working model (up to 2 days working from home per week)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Services MEA Business Execution team with collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to financial and sales performance.
• Download, enhance, and analyze reports from the company systems.
• Collect inputs from various teams to compare actual numbers against prior periods and plans, identifying trends and outliers.
• Prepare various reports and presentations.
• Work independently on assigned tasks based on guidance received.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent understanding of statistics, data analysis, and visualization.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, with good verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
