Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sr. Associate Banker and Bankers in creating sales and marketing strategies focused on generating revenue growth and acquiring new target clients, especially in Investments.
- Profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into the company Private Bank clients.
- Organize client/prospect meetings and maintain all client call records.
- Manage client data and ensure data integrity across various reports and analyses.
- Produce senior management reports and conduct ad-hoc data analysis.
- Liaise with Client Service Officers for timely execution of client instructions.
- Provide end-to-end support for project management from needs analysis to delivery.
- Track revenue and manage deal pipeline reports efficiently.
- Support Banker in documentation-related tasks such as account openings and loan disbursals.
- Address complex client inquiries and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
- Drive solutions to enhance client relationship tools and products.
- Prepare data, presentations, and analyses for senior management and participate in special projects.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of prior work experience.
- Experience in data analysis with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
