Position

The Business Analyst is a developing professional role within Wealth Management, aimed at supporting the Senior Associate Bankers in Private Banking. Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sr. Associate Banker and Bankers in creating sales and marketing strategies focused on generating revenue growth and acquiring new target clients, especially in Investments.
  • Profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into the company Private Bank clients.
  • Organize client/prospect meetings and maintain all client call records.
  • Manage client data and ensure data integrity across various reports and analyses.
  • Produce senior management reports and conduct ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Liaise with Client Service Officers for timely execution of client instructions.
  • Provide end-to-end support for project management from needs analysis to delivery.
  • Track revenue and manage deal pipeline reports efficiently.
  • Support Banker in documentation-related tasks such as account openings and loan disbursals.
  • Address complex client inquiries and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
  • Drive solutions to enhance client relationship tools and products.
  • Prepare data, presentations, and analyses for senior management and participate in special projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of prior work experience.
  • Experience in data analysis with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term professional relationships.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
