Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business analysis to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Create detailed documentation of business processes, models, and specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systems.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in documentation and project management tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in working collaboratively in team settings.
