Business Analyst

About the Job: BlackStone eIT is excited to announce an opening for a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be tasked with analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and acting as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Your insights will drive key decisions and help shape the direction of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to capture stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Create detailed documentation of business processes, models, and specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new systems.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in documentation and project management tools.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in working collaboratively in team settings.
