Our flagship platform, Opus, automates and supervises mission-critical, document-heavy processes with embedded governance, auditability, and human oversight, enabling enterprises to achieve measurable productivity gains while enhancing operational reliability and trust.
We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our post-sales AI Solutions Delivery team. In this role, you will support client success on Opus by facilitating the mapping of current business processes to help create automated solutions powered by agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities:

Discovery & Process Mapping:
- Conduct discovery sessions to map out current-state business processes, including roles, duration, applicable rules, pain points, technology systems, and integrations landscape.
- Develop shared process maps and visual workflow diagrams for client review and sign-off using the Opus Discovery Tool.
- Document discussions and actions from workshops clearly and organized.

Documentation & Coordination:
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation and workflow specifications for each client engagement.
- Structure discovery outputs for efficient transition to solution design and build.
- Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as process summaries and status reports.

Delivery Support:
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and AI Solutions Consultants to ensure timely project delivery.
- Validate that build outputs match agreed process maps and document any discrepancies.
- Capture client feedback during meetings and demos and help track action items.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- 2-4 years in a business analyst, business operations, or process improvement role.
- Exposure to client-facing work or cross-functional project delivery is a plus.
- Experience in a regulated industry (banking, insurance, healthcare, government) is advantageous but not essential.

Skills:
- Strong process-mapping and documentation skills.
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Figma, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro for capturing workflows.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple documents concurrently.
- Familiarity with business software concepts is helpful.
