This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development in Riyadh, which consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, food & beverage, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities. Mace is currently providing program management and is looking for high-caliber experienced individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews of reports and collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting standards.
- Manage the production and timely distribution of regular and ad-hoc reports across teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to align reporting requirements and data interpretation.
- Monitor project progress using established metrics and KPIs.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Review and edit reports to ensure consistency with organizational standards.
- Design dashboards and reports that highlight project performance, forecasts, and resource use.
- Use Excel and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present data clearly.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Apply statistical techniques to uncover patterns and trends in complex datasets.
- Support initiatives to enhance data collection, reporting processes, and tools.
- Communicate insights effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Extensive years of relevant experience working for top-tier companies in the construction consultancy industry.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- On-site work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Language Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
