You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of sales dashboards, continuously improving them based on business needs, and implementing additional features in collaboration with vendors. Your focus will include data governance, enhancing data quality, and ensuring accessibility while following the company's policies and best practices. You will analyze external data points, such as competitor and macro-economic data, to support the commercial operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and synthesize insights from multiple reports on market dynamics and the healthcare and pharma industries across MEA.
- Develop, track, and share KPIs and best practices to align with strategic business objectives.
- Identify business opportunities through market trend analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Enhance data quality and reliability for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the insights manager to share data and enable storytelling with data.
- Lead the creation of new dashboards and tools in accordance with data policies.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analytics and preparation.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with IQVIA data platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a teamwork environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Skills in Power BI, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of programming fundamentals and process automation.
- Familiarity with IQVIA data definitions and market definitions across MEA countries.
