The Business Analytics Specialist will be an active member of the Commercial Operations team, engaging with commercial teams across the MEA region. This role is responsible for the quality and accuracy of sales dashboards, continuously improving them based on business needs and implementing additional features while collaborating with vendors. A focus on Data Governance is essential, including enforcing data quality, security, and accessibility in accordance with the company's policies and ethical considerations. This role involves analyzing relationships and trends in external data points, such as competitor and macro-economic data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and synthesize insights from multiple reports on market dynamics, healthcare, and the pharmaceutical industry across MEA.
- Develop, track, and share KPIs and best practices to enhance overall business performance.
- Proactively identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends and providing actionable insights.
- Enhance data quality and reliability through improved market research and data analysis functions.
- Develop and implement business processes and surveys to assess strategy understanding and execution.
- Collaborate with the insights manager to share data and results to enable effective storytelling with data.
- Identify economic factors that impact market dynamics across MEA.
Essential Skills:
- Strong critical thinking skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in data analytics, exploration, and report/dashboard maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with IQVIA data and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency with Power BI and knowledge of data visualization.
- Familiarity with programming fundamentals and process automation.
- Experience in MEA countries.
