Business Applications Manager

The company is one of the largest independent owners, operators, and developers of shared communications infrastructure in the world by tower count and is solely focused on the emerging markets. The company has over 37,000 towers across its seven markets, including Brazil, Cameroon, Colombia, Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, South Africa, and Zambia.

Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Business Applications Manager will play a critical role in aligning Tech & OPS applications with the company's business goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to understand and prioritize application needs, overseeing project planning and execution, and managing vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLA). The manager will establish quality assurance processes, enforce application controls for compliance, and lead the application support and vendor teams to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications for this role include 5-8 years of ServiceNow administration and product delivery, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, FSM, EAM/HAM, and a preference for ServiceNow Application expertise related to the Telco Tower industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design scalable solutions in multi-instance environments, possess excellent communication skills and personal integrity, and demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
