Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed current state assessments and identify high-impact business opportunities aligned with client goals.
- Define and design comprehensive business solutions and architectures to realize strategic objectives.
- Develop, present, and defend business cases to secure funding and executive buy-in.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Finance, guiding solution architecture and implementation decisions.
- Apply advanced knowledge in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions and ensure seamless integration.
- Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision-making across diverse teams.
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying improvement areas and recommending transformational changes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering growth and enhancing the team’s business architecture capabilities.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical project decisions and solve complex cross-team challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business architecture, ERP transformation, or enterprise consulting.
- Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance is mandatory.
- Deep expertise in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Value Architecture & Realization, and Business Design.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in large-scale, complex projects.
- Experience in the oil & gas industry or large capital expenditure ERP projects is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive advisory skills.
