About the Role
As Business Assistant for the Middle East, you will work directly with the founder to turn opportunities into tangible business. Your responsibilities will include identifying, analyzing, and following up on business opportunities and investment cases across the region, ensuring that the most promising prospects progress effectively. This position is characterized by a proactive approach, where you will think like a business developer, take initiative, and own your projects from initial contact to finalized cases.

What You Will Do
- Identify business opportunities, partners, and investment cases in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region.
- Analyze companies, markets, and deals, summarizing them into clear decision-making materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, family offices, founders, and advisers.
- Prepare for and follow up on meetings, presentations, and due diligence processes.
- Keep track of the project pipeline to ensure that no opportunity is overlooked.
- Support the group companies as they enter the Middle East market.

- Possesses strong business acumen and understands deal-making processes.
- Is analytical, with the ability to quickly comprehend a company, market, or business case.
- Is creative, takes initiative, and drives progress without waiting for direction.
- Adopts a structured approach to work and can manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Speaks and writes fluent English.
It Is a Plus If You
- Have a background in finance, investment, consulting, or business development.
- Possess a network in the Gulf region.
- Speak Arabic.
