Business Automation Partner Technical Specialist – Territory

The IBM Ecosystem encompasses thousands of partners who build on, sell, or service IBM technologies and platforms. As a Partner Technical Specialist, your primary role will be to influence partners’ technical strategies and integrate IBM’s technology portfolio into their reference architectures. You'll work as a deeply technical seller, helping partners increase their technical capabilities and enabling their sales teams to demonstrate IBM technology effectively. Your contributions will be supported by excellent onboarding and a leading learning culture, allowing you to make a positive impact and advance your career.

Your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating pre-sales technical activities such as technology demonstrations and co-creation sessions leading to proofs of concept (PoC) and minimal viable products (MVPs).
• Leading joint-learning activities to enhance partners’ technical skills and expertise, promoting co-selling opportunities.
• Continuously expanding knowledge in areas like Kubernetes, Red Hat, Docker, Cloud Foundry, and Cloud Native Security.
• Fostering a growth-minded culture that encourages innovation and accelerates partners’ success.
