Position Summary: As a pivotal contributor to the success of the company, the Business Consultant plays a crucial role in retaining and expanding our customer base through strategic business consultations, coaching, and data-driven decision-making. This position involves managing a designated portfolio within a specific territory, with bonus compensation tied to the achievement of key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the company's solution portfolio to become a subject matter expert.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business retention and growth, serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs, preferences, and align them with suitable solutions and listing packages.
  • Effectively sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to existing real estate brokerages.
  • Predict weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clients and finance teams to ensure timely payment reconciliation.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet client requests promptly.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in SaaS/Subscription with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Analytical Strength: Skilled in interpreting client data and proposing ROI-driven solutions.
  • Impactful Communicator: Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; able to translate data effectively for decision-makers, with strong English and Arabic language skills.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong focus on service, building trust, and addressing diverse client needs.
  • Influential & Driven: Assertive, motivated, and effective at influencing stakeholders in target-driven environments.
