As a Business Continuity and Resilience Analyst, you will collaborate with the Facilities Management team to create innovative security strategies, investigate breaches, and create risk assessment plans for the future. You will play a crucial role in keeping employees safe and secure while managing disruptive events. In this role, you will help develop a culture where safety, security, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of the company. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and monitoring enterprise risks that could affect business activities and providing business leaders with crucial information for decision-making. You will work with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage security and resilience programs, ensuring documentation is up to date and facilitating discussions with stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and execute protocols to assess and mitigate threats to personnel and assets, managing crises and delivering threat assessment services.
- Provide trend, data analysis, and performance reporting for security-related disciplines, utilizing risk analytic methodologies on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Support incident response teams and assist in efforts that help mitigate potential incident consequences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience defining and implementing security and resilience programs and strategies.
- 4 years of experience controlling security risks and developing methods to reduce or mitigate these threats.
- 2 years of experience in project management, including identifying problems and developing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in seeking and procuring resources or vendors based on business needs.
- Ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leaders.
- Ability to analyze and leverage data and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities.
