Business Continuity Manager

The role holder is responsible for maintaining business continuity frameworks to ensure operational resilience and service stability during disruptions. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise business continuity strategy, ensuring preparedness against internal and external disruptions that may affect operational stability.
• Maintain and update the organization’s continuity policies, frameworks, and procedures in alignment with approved corporate standards.
• Implement enterprise-wide control standards that promote operational resilience and proactive issue prevention across business functions.
• Develop and maintain business continuity, disaster recovery, and emergency response plans in coordination with internal sectors and the company.
• Ensure continuity and resilience plans are actionable, compliant, and periodically tested to validate readiness under various disruption scenarios.
• Drive organization-wide awareness initiatives on continuity preparedness in collaboration with the Human Capital sector.
• Deliver structured training sessions to equip employees with the knowledge and tools required to respond effectively to operational disruptions.
